Commissioner Leonhardt receives two awards

Today, West Virginia Agriculture Commissioner, Kent Leonhardt, was presented with two awards during the Commencement ceremonies at the Eastern Community and Technical College. First was the Harold K. Michael Founders Award. That award is presented annually to an individual who has demonstrated outstanding contributions to the college.  The next presentation was for the Active Partners in Educational Excellence (Apex) Award. That award is presented to the individual whose hard work and dedication has resulted in a significant milestone for the Potomac Highlands of West Virginia.  Mr. Leonhardt was honored to receive the awards.  Commissioner Leonhardt was also honored to give the Commencement Address.
